Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Arrive Guwahati · Transfer to Kaziranga

   Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, proceed towards Kaziranga National Park through the scenic countryside of Assam. By evening arrive at Kaziranga. Optional traditional cultural programme available on direct payment basis. Overnight at Kaziranga.

2. 2

   Optional Kaziranga Safari · Transfer to Shillong

   Guests who have pre-booked a Jeep Safari may take the early morning safari inside Kaziranga National Park, subject to park operation and availability. Safari charges are not included unless specifically selected in the quotation. After breakfast proceed towards Shillong through scenic hill landscape, with a photo stop at Umiam Lake. Overnight at Shillong.

3. 3

   Shillong → Mawlynnong & Dawki → Cherrapunji

   After breakfast proceed to Mawlynnong Village and the Indo-Bangladesh border viewpoint, then continue to Dawki for the Umngot River; water clarity is generally best during the drier winter season and varies with rainfall and river conditions. Later drive onward to Cherrapunji. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

4. 4

   Cherrapunji Sightseeing → Shillong

   Full day Cherrapunji sightseeing covering Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and Eco Park. Later drive back towards Shillong visiting Mawkdok Valley Viewpoint and Elephant Falls en route. Overnight at Shillong.

5. 5

   Shillong → Guwahati · Departure

   After breakfast drive back to Guwahati — a short and comfortable transfer. Visit Kamakhya Temple if time permits. Later transfer to Airport / Railway Station for onward journey with beautiful memories of Northeast India.
