Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Arrive Guwahati

   Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Subject to arrival timing, visit the sacred Kamakhya Temple, one of the most important Shakti Peethas in India. Overnight at Guwahati.

2. 2

   Guwahati → Shillong

   After breakfast proceed to Shillong through the scenic Khasi Hills, stopping enroute at the beautiful Umiam Lake surrounded by pine-covered slopes. Subject to arrival timing, enjoy Shillong local sightseeing such as Ward's Lake, Cathedral and the lively Police Bazaar. Overnight at Shillong.

3. 3

   Shillong → Mawlynnong → Dawki → Cherrapunji

   After breakfast drive to Mawlynnong, widely known as Asia's cleanest village, and continue to Dawki on the Umngot River. Water clarity at Dawki is seasonal and depends on weather and river conditions; it is generally clearest during the drier winter months. Also view the Indo-Bangladesh border before continuing to Cherrapunji. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

4. 4

   Cherrapunji Sightseeing → Shillong

   After breakfast enjoy Cherrapunji sightseeing covering major attractions such as Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Eco Park and the Arwah Cave / Mawkdok Valley viewpoint, subject to time and weather. After sightseeing drive back to Shillong. Overnight at Shillong.

5. 5

   Shillong → Guwahati · Departure

   After breakfast drive back to Guwahati and transfer to the Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey, with beautiful memories of Northeast India.
