Day-by-day itinerary

   Guwahati – Bhalukpong

   Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport, meet our representative and drive towards Bhalukpong, the gateway to Arunachal Pradesh. The journey takes you through the scenic countryside of Assam before reaching the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Kameng River and relax for the evening.

   Bhalukpong – Dirang

   After breakfast, proceed to Dirang Valley. En route, visit the famous Tipi Orchid Centre and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery along the way. Upon arrival, explore the historic Dirang Dzong, a traditional Monpa settlement showcasing the region's rich heritage.

   Explore Dirang Valley

   Today, explore the scenic attractions around Dirang. Visit Mandala Top, known for its 108 Buddhist stupas and panoramic Himalayan views, followed by Sangti Valley, a picturesque valley dotted with traditional villages, farmlands and mountain streams.

   Dirang – Tawang

   After breakfast, visit the beautiful Thupsung Dhargye Ling Monastery before continuing your journey to Tawang. En route, cross the spectacular Sela Pass, visit the Jaswant Garh War Memorial and stop at the stunning Jung Falls. Arrive in Tawang by evening.

   Bumla Pass Excursion & Tawang Monastery

   Today, embark on an excursion to Bumla Pass near the Indo-China border (subject to permit and weather conditions). En route, visit P.T. Tso Lake and Sangetsar Lake (Madhuri Lake), surrounded by spectacular Himalayan scenery. Please Note: Bumla Pass sightseeing is operated using local union vehicles from Tawang and is subject to permits, weather and road conditions. Charges are not included in the package cost. Later visit the iconic Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India and an important centre of Buddhist culture.

   Tawang – Bomdila

   After breakfast, drive back towards Bomdila through the scenic mountain roads of Arunachal Pradesh. Enjoy the changing landscapes and picturesque views along the route. Upon arrival, spend the evening exploring the local market and shopping for handicrafts and souvenirs.

7. 7

   Bomdila – Guwahati

   After breakfast, drive to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Evening at leisure.

8. 8

   Guwahati Departure

   After breakfast, if time permits, visit Kamakhya Temple. Later transfer to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Arunachal Pradesh. Tour Ends.
