Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Arrive Guwahati · Transfer to Shillong

   Pickup from Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and scenic drive through the Khasi Hills to Shillong. Photo stop at Umiam Lake. Evening at Police Bazaar — cafés, handicrafts and local food. Overnight at Shillong.

2. 2

   Shillong → Mawlynnong & Dawki → Cherrapunji

   After breakfast proceed to Mawlynnong Village and the Indo-Bangladesh border viewpoint, then continue to Dawki for the Umngot River; water clarity is generally best during the drier winter season and varies with rainfall and river conditions. Later drive onward to Cherrapunji. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

3. 3

   Cherrapunji Sightseeing OR Double Decker Trek

   Choose one programme for the day. Option A: Cherrapunji sightseeing covering Garden of Caves, Arwah Cave, Wei Sawdong Falls, Dainthlen Falls and Koh Ramhah. Option B: full-day Double Decker Living Root Bridge trek at Nongriat, recommended only for guests with suitable fitness; trek-related charges are extra unless specifically included in the quotation. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

4. 4

   Cherrapunji → Shillong

   After breakfast complete the remaining Cherrapunji sightseeing — Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and Eco Park — then drive back towards Shillong visiting Mawkdok Valley Viewpoint and Elephant Falls en route. Balance Shillong sightseeing subject to timing. Overnight at Shillong.

5. 5

   Shillong → Guwahati · Departure

   After breakfast drive back to Guwahati. Visit Kamakhya Temple en route (time permitting). Transfer to airport / railway station for your onward journey.
