Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Arrive Guwahati · Transfer to Shillong

   Pickup from Guwahati and scenic drive through the Khasi Hills to Shillong. Photo stop at Umiam Lake. Evening at Police Bazaar — cafés, shopping and local food. Overnight at Shillong.

2. 2

   Cherrapunji Excursion

   Full day excursion to Cherrapunji. Enroute visit Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak (subject to permission) and Mawkdok Valley viewpoint. Continue to Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and Eco Park. Return to Shillong by evening. Overnight at Shillong.

3. 3

   Dawki & Mawlynnong Excursion

   Full day excursion to the crystal clear Umngot River at Dawki, the Indo-Bangladesh border viewpoint, Mawlynnong (Asia's cleanest village) and the famous Balancing Rock. Return to Shillong by evening. Overnight at Shillong.

4. 4

   Shillong → Cherrapunji

   After breakfast drive to Cherrapunji through mist-covered valleys. Visit Garden of Caves, Arwah Cave and Wei Sawdong Falls. Evening at leisure amidst the clouds and greenery. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

5. 5

   Cherrapunji Local Experience

   Continue exploring Cherrapunji — Dainthlen Falls, Koh Ramhah and Eco Park viewpoints. Optional: Double Decker Living Root Bridge trek for adventure enthusiasts. Evening free to relax. Overnight at Cherrapunji.

6. 6

   Cherrapunji → Guwahati · Departure

   After breakfast drive back to Guwahati. Visit Kamakhya Temple en route (time permitting). Transfer to airport / railway station for your onward journey.
