Day-by-day itinerary

1. 1

   Guwahati – Shillong

   Arrive at Guwahati Airport and drive to Shillong. En route visit Umiam Lake. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Evening visit Police Bazar. Overnight: Shillong.

2. 2

   Shillong Local Sightseeing

   Visit Ward's Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians and Hydari Park. Later proceed to Laitlum Canyon for spectacular views. Overnight: Shillong.

3. 3

   Shillong – Cherrapunjee via Mawphlang

   Visit Mawphlang Sacred Forest with a local guide and know the significance of the forest. Later proceed towards Cherrapunjee. Enroute enjoy scenic viewpoints and breathtaking landscapes. Overnight: Cherrapunjee.

4. 4

   Cherrapunjee Sightseeing

   After breakfast visit Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave, Dainthlen Falls, Wei Sawdong Falls and Garden of Caves. Overnight: Cherrapunjee.

5. 5

   Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek

   Early morning proceed to Tyrna Village and trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat. Guests may continue to Rainbow Falls depending on fitness level and available time. Overnight: Cherrapunjee.

6. 6

   Cherrapunjee – Mawlynnong – Dawki / Shnongpdeng

   Visit Mawlynnong Village, Sky View Point and Riwai Living Root Bridge. Continue to Dawki and explore the crystal-clear Umngot River. Overnight: Dawki / Shnongpdeng.

7. 7

   Dawki – Jowai

   Drive to Jowai. Visit Krang Suri Falls and Nartiang Monolith Park. Explore the unique culture of the Jaintia Hills. Overnight: Jowai.

8. 8

   Jowai – Shillong

   After breakfast visit Phe Phe Falls (trekking required to reach) and Lalong Eco Park before driving back to Shillong. Overnight: Shillong.

9. 9

   Shillong – Guwahati Departure

   After breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport for onward journey. Tour Ends.
